INX’s methodology starts with a macro level assessment of the built
assets being managed. Often times, people get overwhelmed with the
size and number of built assets thus making it difficult to
determine where the limited manpower and funding should be spent. In
order to identify and prioritize requirements, INX uses key
performance indicator data points. These data points typically
revolve around areas of interest or influence that make it possible
to narrow down the assets into a smaller, more manageable data set.
The smaller data set can then be analyzed using standard performance
indicators to make objective decisions. The consolidation and
analysis of these indicators makes optimization of the built assets
possible focusing on the priorities developed for the portfolio.
